Filming Begins on Xavier Dolan’s “The Death and Life of John F. Donovan”

Entertainment One’s Seville Internationa has announced (via Coming Soon) that director Xavier Dolan (I Killed My Mother, Tom At The Farm) has began production on his first English-language film in Montreal titled “The Death and Life of John F. Starring Lauren Graham (Lorelai), Alexis Bledel (Rory), Melissa McCarthy (Sookie), Kelly Bishop (Emily), Sean Gunn (Kirk),Keiko Agena (Lane), Scott Patterson (Luke), and all of Rory’s past loves, including Jared Padalecki’s Dean, Milo Ventimiglia’s Jess, and Matt Czuchry’s Logan.  Gilmore Girls: A Year in the Life is a 4-episode return to Stars Hollow that will be released on Netflix’s streaming media service November 25.
