Xena Warrior Princess Reboot in Discussion

The Hollywood Reporter released an article stating that a Xena Warrior Princess reboot is still in the works, despite recent word from Lucy Lawless that it was just a rumor.  NBC Entertainment chairman Bob Greenblatt spoke with THR and essentially said that they are searching for a writer and direction to take the series, but that the studio is still interested in pursuing the reboot. First Set Photos from Captain America: Civil War Showing Black Panther

Yesterday I brought you news about how Spider-Man will be appearing in Captain America: Civil War and his own standalone film (check it out here) and the heroes that will appear on Team Captain America and Team Iron Man (here) and now there are set photos revealing for the first time what Chadwick Boseman’s Black Panther looks like in costume.  Granted these are not official stills and contain harnesses and wire work that will be cleaned up in post, it’s still the first true look we have of the character besides the concept art Marvel released several months ago.  Check them out below. Is Spielberg Trying to Bring Gene Wilder Out of Retirement?

Practically every child at some point has watched Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.  The movie is a staple of childhood and one of the reasons I’m a big fan of Gene Wilder (plus the Mel Brooks collaborations and other top notch work).  Aint It Cool News came out with a report that Steven Spielberg may be trying to lure Gene Wilder out of his retirement for one of his future projects and that talks have either already taken place or will soon.  While they claim their source did not know which project would warrant his involvement, they offer the following speculation: Continue reading Is Spielberg Trying to Bring Gene Wilder Out of Retirement?
