Is Nintendo Changing Their Stance About Movies?

Ever since the epic failure with the Super Mario Bros. movie, Nintendo has been hesitant to lend their creative properties to any outside use.  However, in recent years they’ve permitted some of their characters to be utilized in cameo role in films (ie. Bowser in Wreck It Ralph and Donkey Kong, Mario and the Duck Hunt Dog in Pixels).  There were also rumors for a while that Nintendo was in talks with Netflix to develop a Legend of Zelda series, before that fell through (read about that here).  Is Nintendo softening their stance?

Trailer for The Twilight Zone

Check out the trailer from the revival of The Twilight Zone, hosted and narrated by Jordan Peele (Us, Get Out).  The show will premiere with two episodes April 1 on CBS All Access and then Thursday nights beginning April 11.
